Responsibilities:

1. Assist department manager in daily administrative work

2. Collect and follow up department KPI status

3. Coordinate and control department cost centre report

4. Support Manager to follow up project status and other open task implementation

5. Create PR in SAP and maintain system data

6. Handle document management in dept. level

7. Make dept. meeting minutes and follow up

8. Maintain attendance record for department

9. Translate documents

10. Handle other relevant admin. work


Requirements:

1. College degree or above

2. Good communication skills, team work spirit

3. Good ability in English, especially in writing and speaking

4. Efficient and systematic working style

5. Good computer skills especially for MS office (outlook, excel, word, power point)
