Position Responsibilities:

- Lead project activities with the local project team;
- Coordinate activities with supplier development department regarding new parts release process;
- Propose a cost-effective design based on supplier capabilities and product needs;
- Make improvement suggestions for new parts and production line and follow up on them;
- Evaluation and release of new parts;
- Communication with R&D Germany on technical topics

Requirements:

- Master / Bachelor in Mechanical engineering, preferably with a semester or internship in Germany or Europe;
- Work experience in product design;
- Experience of working in a project environment;
- Proven understanding of costs contributors in design;
- Good communication in English, both spoken and written;
- Leadership ability of multifunctional team and skills to structure activities;
- Personal skills to lead good and clear communication, both locally and with R&D in Germany;
- Knowledge on combustion engines is an advantage
