Continuous Improvement Engineer


  1. Initiate continuous improvement (CI) action plans and lead the activities;
  2. Responsible for Idea plus management;
  3. Organize the improvement tools and methods;
  4. Provide support to the continuous improvement experts in different functions;
  5. Act as consultancy to make improvement suggestions to all staff and CI manager;
  6. Consolidate all continuous improvement activities including lean system and other improvement processes;
  7. Lead continuous improvement project;
  8. Conduct continuous improvement training and spread CI culture;
  9. Facilitate Kaizen events with total employee involvement;
  10. Support CI manager for relevant tasks


  1. Engineering background with Bachelor degree or above, Industrial Engineering is preferred;
  2. At least 3 years working experience in continuous improvement area with solid lean production or lean six sigma knowledge and tools;
  3. Working experience in production area;
  4. Initiative, creative and willing to make changes;
  5. Systematic thinking and project management experience;
  6. Good communication skills and fluent English communication;
  7. Strong coordinating abilities and good team player
